Our clients are founders, product developers, supply chain managers, and even investors in a variety of industries including electronics and textiles. They are mostly American and Australian but could be from any region, some even in Taiwan. They may or may not be experts in factory processes.

No. We want the client to have visibility so our job is to be 100% transparent. We also want for factories to have all of their questions answered.

Depending on where they are in their product development journey, we can assist with different tasks such as:

  • Contact factories that offer the products our clients need

  • Work with their existing factories to solve problems

  • Assist to sign NDAs

  • Review and share design documents

  • Review and share RFQs, POs, PIs Help the client send an RFQ to the factory

  • Support Prototype/Sample development if needed

Our clients may require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all vendors to protect Intellectual Property (IP), including proprietary designs, drawings, private data and product specifications.

We are NOT a trading company and do not earn money from margins. We are a supply chain service company, paid by our customers to act as their extended supply chain team, managing sourcing, product development, quality control, and direct communication with suppliers.

No, it does not cost anything to work with SCM Solution. We represent clients outside of Asia and they pay us for our supply chain work. We focus on transparency and fair partnerships.

Our clients ask us to make sure the factory partner is working on the type of products they want to produce. To understand if your factory is a match, we’ll often visit in person to see firsthand what is being produced at your factory. We also periodically check on-site to see IQC, FPQC, OQC, packing for shipping, production processes or for other specific needs. Of course, we are respectful of your time and will coordinate a convenient time to visit your factory.

In most cases, you’ll receive contracts directly from the customer with SCM Solution copied. SCM Solution facilitates the process and ensures both parties align on key terms.

We love suppliers who like to share their stories about how they make products, have strong technical capabilities, offer transparent communications, value their quality systems, know how to manage 3rd parties, and have a willingness to work on custom projects.
